We invest in renewable energy, circular material streams, and responsible production to ensure that our sustainable rugs meet the highest standards of design and performance. Our goal is simple yet enduring: to weave sustainability into every stage of our work.

Waste reduction.

Between 2021 and 2023, we reduced total waste across both of our sites by 25 percent. Materials such as jute, cardboard, PE, and wood are now processed with greater efficiency, supporting a circular approach and a more resource-conscious future.

Wool naturally contains lanolin, a protective coating that repels dirt and slows liquid absorption. Spills stay on the surface longer, giving you time to blot them away before they reach the fibers. It offers natural insulation that retains warmth in winter and brings coolness in summer. Each fiber feels soft and resilient, providing your home with extra comfort.

Thanks to its high moisture and nitrogen content, wool is naturally flame resistant. It doesn’t melt or emit toxic fumes, making it a safer choice for interiors.

Since 2024, both locations have been powered exclusively by 100% green electricity from Elindus. In Avelgem, gas consumption fell by 38% in 2023, thanks to targeted efficiency measures.

Our progress extends beyond our walls. We contribute to sector-wide initiatives, including the Evolis and De Pluim energy taskforce, and collaborate with FEDUSTRIA on industry studies. By sharing insights, we help advance sustainable production across the wider community.
